“Jim was great to deal with. I saw his ad on Facebook and sent him a message. He called me back about an hour later.  We were scheduled to meet the next day but my mother was sick and I was unable to make the trip to Greensboro from Asheboro.  Jim brought the van to me at home the next day.  He was very knowledgeable about handicap Vans and the different options available to me.  He asked a few questions about my specific needs and offered good advice on what type of vehicle would best serve my needs.  The vehicle he brought to me was perfect for me and within my limited budget.  Due to the upcoming Christmas holidays I was concerned that we couldn’t complete the deal but he arranged to get all the paperwork complete and we were able to sign everything the Friday after Christmas and he provided me with a temporary plate that allows me to use the vehicle while the licensing paperwork work winds its way thru the state system.  I’m very pleased with the van he sold me.  He was very specific about the minor details that the car needed and offered to have a headliner put in it and a lock remote repaired at a reasonable extra cost or in my case allowed me to purchase at a very fair price and let my mechanic fix those minor issues. He also allowed me to have my mechanic inspect the van prior to purchase.  His communication was beyond Excellent.  There was no pressure to purchase or hurry to make up my mind.  I would recommend him to anyone as an honest and fair sales representative for Adaptive Vans.  If you have the need of a handicap van I urge you to talk to Jim before you buy one.  He is a wealth of information and has Vans available in many price ranges.  Buying a van from Jim was unlike any other dealership I have bought cars from in the past.  I felt like I was dealing with someone who wanted to help me so that the van I bought was the van I needed.”
